摘要
分析了２７例慢性布病性骨关节病在脊柱及骶骼、髋、膝、肩和肘等部位的ＣＴ所见。其特点为：１．基本稳定或缓慢进展的多部位、多关节、多组织受累；２．大关节骨端骨性关节面下松质骨的多发、局灶性破坏，且周边有明显硬化带环绕是其典型表现；３．骨破坏灶有显著的反应性骨和／或骨膜增生，新生骨内可有新的破坏灶；４．受累关节可见间隙变窄、增宽、融合、关节软骨骨化、游离体及滑囊钙化。
CT findings of bone,joint and spinal collumn of 27 cases with chronic brucellosis were analyzed,scanning sites including spinal column,sacro-iliac,hip,knee shoulder and elbow joints.Six of them had been documented for 8 years. The characteristic features were: (1) Lesions invaded multiple sites,multiple joints and various tissues with steady or insidious progression ; (2) Local or multiple destructive areas of subchondral bone of big joints could be found usually with significant circumferential zones of sclerotic bony reactions; (3) New,tiny destructive areas could al ways be found in those sclerotic zones and in the area of subperiosteal bony proliferations;and (4) Widening, narrowing or even obliteration of joint space, ossification of articular cartilage,loose-bodies,and calcification of synovial capsules could be seen in the invaded joints.
