摘要
提出了一种多元共缩聚树脂胶粘剂。该胶粘剂是在苯酚和甲醛制造酚醛树脂过程中，加入氨基树脂及添加剂共缩聚而成。采用加入不同原料的摩尔比、不同催化剂量、反应温度、反应时间和不同工艺条件，按正交试验方法制得共缩聚树脂，并找出最佳工艺条件。制得的多元共缩聚树脂具有颜色浅、游离酚和可被溴化物含量低、碱性低等优点。特别是固化速度快，而且成本低。
Abstract This paper introduces a po-lybasic polycondensated resin adhesive . In pro-ducing PF resin we add amino resin and someadditives, the polycondensated resin adheslve.We use diffeent mole rete, guantity of cata-lyst action time,action temperature and add-ing sequence with the method of orthogonalexperiment.We will be taken the best techni-ques.The polycondensated resins have lightercolor,the free phenol,compound bomide and alkalincty are lower. Specially the curing timeis very fast and the cost is cheaper.
