摘要
自1980年以来,32例小儿前臂严重骨筋膜间隙综合征的病例进行治疗。其中28例由医源性处理不当所致,仅4例是骨折合并肱动脉损伤。减压目的是解除神经,血管粘连及减轻组织压力。文中对该综合征的外科处理作了某些新的探讨。
Since 1980. 35 cases of forearm of the acute osteofaseial compartment syndrome in the children had been treated and analysised. 28 cases were due to the iatrogenic error and only 4 cases were result from fracture accompanied with brachial artery injury. The deferable decompression was used in order to relax the fibroid adhesion among the blood vessels nerves and muscles spaces. The effect much beeter than the traditional treatment.
