摘要
目的 :评价闭合复位经皮单枚克氏针固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的临床效果。方法 :从 1999年 1月至 2 0 0 2年 12月采用“C”型臂X线机透视下 ,闭合复位经皮单枚克氏针固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折 3 2例。结果 :本组 3 2例获得随访 ,平均随访时间 6个月 (4～ 12月 ) ,患儿全部骨性愈合 ,神经损伤 1～ 4个月完全恢复 ,未出现Volkman缺血性挛缩、术中尺神经损伤和严重肘内翻畸形。结论 :闭合复位经皮单枚克氏针固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折能有效维持复位、预防肘内翻畸形发生 ,方法简单、有效、安全 ,术后恢复良好。
Objective To retrospectively study the results of thirty two children treated for supracondylar fractures of the humerus. Methods All of the fractures were treated by closed reduction and percutaneous single pin fixation under image intensifier. Results Thirty two patients were examined for function and deformity. There were no patient developed a cubitus varus, or Volkmann’s contracture at follow up evaluation. Conclusion Closed reduction with percutaneous single pin fixation is preferred for the treatment of this fracture, which is stabilized by the internal fixation that can control reduction and prevent redisplacement of the distal fragments. It is a simple,effective and safe method, the function of the elbow is satisfactory.
