摘要
研究牙颌数字模型的获取技术。对逆向工程领域中的多种数字化技术进行分析,针对牙颌模型数字化的特点,全面比较了三维激光扫描法和层析法,确定选择层析法进行单颌石膏模型的批量数字化,采用三维激光扫描法获取牙颌模型的咬合信息。实际应用表明该方法能以较高效率获取到较高质量的牙颌数字模型。
Digitizing technology of dental model is studied. Many types of digitizing technologies in reverse engineering are analyzed. According to the characteristics of dental model digitization, laser scanning method is fully compared with cross-sectional scanning method. Crosssectional scanning method is selected as the volume digitization method of dental models, and laser scanning is used to acquire occlusion information of dental models. Applications show that the combined method can achieve high-quality digital dental models with high efficiency.
