摘要
文中就酸性罐头食品容器内壁腐蚀的过程、类型及腐蚀因子进行了探讨。并就防止腐蚀应采取的措施进行综述。
The corrosion process, types, tactors of acid canned food containers were discussed in this paper. The measures that should be adopted to corrosion-ressisting were reviewed as well.
