摘要
目的:了解耐甲氧西林金葡菌(MRSA)在重症监护病房(ICU)的感染及相关因素,为有效控制感染提供科学依据.方法:采用现场及回顾性相结合的调查方法,对ICU病房1998年3月～2003年2月住院患者获得性感染MRSA者的临床资料进行调查,用Logistic逐步回归分析相关因素.结果:ICU病房MRSA感染率为2.90%,病死率达35.19%;MRSA感染危险因素有7项:联合使用抗生素、使用呼吸机、住院＞20 d、侵袭性操作、年龄＞60岁、皮肤开放性损伤以及使用免疫抑制剂.结论:应加强ICU病房MRSA感染的监测与控制.
Objective： To investigate the incidence and risk factors of nosocomial MRSA infections in intensive care unit （ICU）. Methods： A current and retrospective study was conducted on patients who suffered from nosocomial MRSA infections in ICU from 1998.3 to 2003. 2. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors. Results：The rate of MRSA infections in ICU was 2. 90%, The death rate due to MRSA infections was 35. 19%. The risk factors were com- bination use of anti- microbials, Application of ventilators,hospital stay〉20 d, invasive operation, age〉60, open skin lesions and use of inmunosuppressant. Conclusion： The surveillance and controlling for MRSA infection should be enforced in ICU.
