摘要
经济发展的原动力是技术创新。技术创新的过程可概括为三个阶段，即发明、创新和扩散。与其相对应，高技术产业的发展也包括研究与开发、生产与制造和销售与服务三大部分。实现技术创新既可以本单位研究开发为主，也可以通过来自外部的技术转让（扩散）。技术创新具有许多经济特性，分析技术创新的形成及其扩散趋势的目的在于研究创新源及其扩散场对区域技术经济结构转换所产生的影响。
Technology innovation is the impetus of economy development. Process of technology innovation includes three phases: invention, innovation and diffusion. Analogous to it, the development of high technology industry also includes three stages: R & D produce or manufacture and sell and service.Technology innovation may be achieved either by one organization's R & D itself or from others' technology diffusions. Technology innovation possesses many economic characteristics, the objective of study on the formation and diffusion trend of technology innovation is to analyse the influence of innovation sources and their diffusion-fields on the change of region technologyeconomy structure
