摘要
从总结国外高新技术产业开发区选址布局的经验和一般规律出发 ,阐述了长江三角洲高新技术产业开发区的现状布局 ,认为现状布局缺乏区域之间的整合 ,尚未形成区域合力 ;然后分析了长江三角洲主要城市发展高新技术产业的条件 ,讨论了竞争与合作在“中国硅谷”建设中的关系 ,最后提出了“硅湖”布局的调整方案和建议。
This paper summarized the experiences of site selection and planning layout of the high tech parks abroad and discusses the present layout of high tech industries in the Yangtze River Delta, which is considered short of integration and needs re adjusting. Besides, this paper analyses the conditions of the main cities in that area for the development of the high-tech industry, and puts forward the strategies to build a Silicon Lake in China.
