摘要
大规模的高校合并对高等教育的发展产生了极大的影响,合并以后的高校的教育质量问题已成为全社会关注的一个重要问题。过去单一学校的人才培养模式和规格及其表现出来的人才培养质量的单一性(相对于合并以后的高校而言),已很难适应合并以后的高校人才培养质量的要求,也不利于合并高校自身发展的需要。因此,合并高校人才培养质量观念的转变在所难免,而转变的重点在于培养多样化的综合创新人才,这一转变将对合并高校的创新能力及其可持续发展产生深远影响。
The large scale merging operation of universities has positive effect on China＇s education, and their quality has drawn more and more attention from the public, for the educational mode in the past could hardly satisfy the requirements. Therefore. concept should be changed in the new situation in order to train more diversified, adaptable and creative students.
