摘要
提高教学质量是高等学校最重要的工作,课堂教学质量直接决定着教学质量的水平。在现有教学条件和教学环境下,积极转变质量观、教学观是提高课堂教学质量的前提,具有高思想水平、业务能力强、对学生有高度责任感的教师是提高课堂教学质量的关键,高水平的教学管理是提高教学质量的保障。
Improving teaching quality is a most important task for higher education. In-class teaching quality has a direct effect on the level of teaching quality. Under the current teaching conditions and teaching circumstance, to change quality view and teaching view are the premise to improve in-class teaching quality; To process teachers with high ideological level, knowledge and responsibility for students is the key to improve in-class teaching quality; To process high teaching management level is a guarantee to improve teaching quality.
