摘要
基于锻后预冷淬火可提高工件的淬硬层深度,本文提出锻后余热预冷淬火工艺。通过试验证实,这一工艺能有效地提高工件的服役能力,具有广泛的应用价值。
Based on that hardened case depth can be increased by delay in air after forging,the technique of delay quenching after forging is proposed in this paper. Experimental results prove that this technique can improve mechanical properties of workpieces and has the value for widespread practical application.
