摘要 目的:对运动性疲劳的研究多集中于中枢疲劳与外周肌肉疲劳,而较少涉及肝脏实质器官的疲劳。肝脏作为人体重要的脏器,与运动性疲劳的关系极为密切。认识运动性疲劳对肝脏的影响及判定指标、肝脏与运动性疲劳消除等方面的关系,才能提供解决的办法。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline数据库1994-01/2005-01期间的关于肝脏与运动性疲劳文章,检索词为“liver,sportsfatigue,exercise”,并限定文章语言种类为English。同时计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库和《中国临床康复》杂志1994-01/2005-01期间的肝脏与运动性疲劳相关的文章,检索词“肝脏,运动性疲劳,运动”,并限定文章语言种类为中文。同时手工检索相关书籍。资料选择:对资料进行初审,纳入标准:所选文献内容符合①肝脏与运动性疲劳关系的理论研究。②运动性疲劳对肝脏影响的判定指标研究。③运动对肝脏影响的研究。④肝脏与运动性疲劳消除的研究。排除标准:重复性研究的文献。资料提炼:共收集到45篇肝脏与运动性疲劳相关的文献,均为全文,26篇符合纳入标准,排除19篇重复性研究。同时录入书籍3本。资料综合:运动性疲劳对肝脏有一定的影响;其判定指标有:丙二醛含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性、超氧化物歧化酶/丙二醛比值、血清谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶活性等。适宜的运动可以增强肝脏抵抗运动性疲劳的能力,力竭运动对肝脏有着不良的影响。补充中药、谷氨酰胺等可以增强肝脏抵抗运动性疲劳的能力。结论:肝脏与运动性疲劳关系密切。在运动性疲劳发生时,肝脏组织细胞结构和功能会发生改变。不同的运动对肝脏的影响是不同的:适宜的运动可以增强肝脏抵抗运动性疲劳的能力,而力竭运动对肝脏组织结构和功能有着不良的影响。施加一些对肝脏抵抗运动性疲劳有利的因素,可以不同程度的改善机体疲劳状况,提高运动能力。 OBJECTIVE: Much research on sports fatigue is focus on the central fatigue and peripheral muscles fatigue, few researches is about liver parenchyma organic fatigue. The liver has close relation with sports fatigue as important organ of human body. To cognize the effect of sports fatigue on liver and judging index, and the relation of liver and the elimination of sports fatigue etc. in order to provide the ways for solving. DATA SOURCES: The related articles on liver and sports fatigue published between January 1994 and January 2005 were searched for in Medline with the key words “liver,sports fatigue,exercise” and the language limited to English by the computer. Meanwhile, the related articles on liver and sports fatigue published between January 1994 and January 2005 were searched for in China Journal Full-test Database and Chinese Journal of Clinical Rehabilitation with the key words “liver,sports fatigue,exercise” and the language limited to Chinese. At the same time, the related books were searched by handiwork. STUDY SELECTION: The data were selected firstly. Inclusion criteria: the conterlt nf the selected articles was accorded with ① the theory research on the relation of liver and sports fatigue. ② The determination index research of the effect of sports fatigue on liver. ③ The studies on the effect of sports on liver; ④ The studies on liver and eliminating of sports fatigue. Exclusion criteria: the literatures on repetitive research. DATA EXACTION: Totally 45 related literatures on liver and sports fatigue were collected and were all full-text. Among them, 26 literatures were in accordance with inclusion criteria, and 19 repetitive researches were excluded. Meanwhile, 3 were recorded into books. DATA SYNTHESIS: Sports fatigue had certain effects on liver; Its judging indexes included: the content of malondialdehyde (MDA), activity of supernxide dismutase (SOD), activity of catalase, the odds of SOD/ MDA, activity of serum glutamic-pyruvic transaminase and glutamic- oxalacetic transaminase etc. Fitting exercise could increase the ability of liver resisting sports fatigue, while exhausted sports had bad effect on liver. The supply of traditional Chinese medicine and glutamyl etc. could also improve the ability of liver resisting sports fatigue. CONCLUSION: laver is closely related to sports fatigue. The cell structure and function of liver tissue can change while sports fatigue takes place. The different exercise has different effects on liver: Fitting exercise may increase the ability of liver resisting sports fatigue, while exhausted sports has had effects on structure and function of liver. The execution of advantageous factors on the liver resisting sports fatigue can improve the fatigue condition of the body in different degree, and elevate the ability of sports.
