摘要
用计算机图像分析技术测量了6例杂种犬左、右冠状动脉主干全长的张开角以及时间对它们的影响.结果表明,冠状动脉主干的张开角范围在65°±12°至112°± 30°之间;张开角大小和动脉直径大小无关.冠状动脉零应力状态的观测应该在血管环切开20分钟后进行.冠状动脉在无载荷时存在残余应力,其无载荷状态不能作为血管力学特性分析的参考状态;血管的生理状态,在体是承载生理压力状态,离体即为零应力状态.在血管壁组织形态研究中,应考虑血管的残余应力,应该取血管的生理状态进行组织固定.
The zero-stress state of a blood vessel is the state of the vessel in which all stresses are reduced to zero. The zero-stress state of the vessel is characterized by opening angles. The opening angles of the left and right coronary arteries and the effect of time on them were studied by an image processing system in six dogs. The range of the opening angles of the coronary arteries is from 65°±12° to 112° ±30° , which is not related to the diameter of the arteries. Since there are no statistically significant changes between the differences of opening angles 20 minutes and 3 hours after the radial cut of the arterial segments (P>0.05), the observation on the zero-stress state of the coronary arteries should be made 20 minutes after the radial cut. It is verified that the no-load state of the vessel is not zero stress, which should not be used as the reference state of the biomechanical analyis of the vessel. The physiological state of a vessel is the state of loading physiological pressure in vivo and the zero-stress state in vitro. In the light of the facts the vessel should be fixed in the physiological state for morphological study of the vascular wall.
