摘要
应用Fluent软件,以k-ε双方程湍流模型为基础,对燃气锅炉炉内气相湍流流动进行了数值模拟。计算结果表明在合理的燃烧器布置方式和一二次风速下,炉膛空气动力分布具有较好的分布特性,燃烧器出口具有较强的射流流动,炉膛内可以形成明显的旋涡流动。
The hydrodynamics behavior of gas turbulent flow in the furnace of boiler burning with sparing gas was munerically studied combining with k-ε turbulent model by means of FLUENT software. Simulated results show that the flow behavior has a sound distributions in the furnace at the conditions of burner arrangement and primary and secondary air jets. The air jet flow at the exit of burners has a high tense turbulence, and the vortex flow was formed in the furnace.
