摘要
分析了电站煤粉锅炉炉膛的流场分布,提出了主要随燃烧方式和燃烧器布置方式而变化的炉内对流换热模型.以四角切圆燃烧方式为例,按此换热模型进行了炉内对流换热计算.结果表明,对于1000t/h以上大型锅炉的炉内传热计算宜考虑对流换热.
The flow field in pulverizedfuel boiler furnace is analysed. The model of convection heat transfer in pulverizedfuel furnace is presented, which varies with the combusting mode and arrangement of the burners. Computations of the convection heat transfer in tangentialfired boiler furnace are given according to the model. The results show that it is neccessary to consider convection heat transfer in heat transfer compution of above 1 000 t/h tangentialfired boiler.
