摘要
根据高职图书馆发展现状,提出高职图书馆以“精简高效”为目标的人员 管理模式,简化管理层次,撤并管理部门,改善图书馆队伍结构,提高管理效率。
On the basis of the present situation of tertiary vocational college library this paper puts forward a personnel management mode aiming at reducing the staff to improve high efficiency, that is, simplifying administrating process, canceling and combining administration department and improving personnel structure to improve managing efficiency
