原料奶的良好牧业生产规范

摘要 要建立一个完整而有效的原料奶HACCP体系,良好牧业生产规范的制定和严格执行是必不可少的基础条件,本研究主要依据农业部NY5000系列<无公害食品>标准、以及有关国家标准、管理条例、农业部绿色食品相关标准,按卫生管理规范的格式建立制定了原料奶的良好生产规范. The establishment and the implement of “Good Farming Practice” is essential to establish a complete and effective HACCP system of raw milk yield. This study mainly referred to the standards of “No Hazard and Safe Food Project” which was released by Chinese Ministry of Agriculture, and some related Chinese National Standards and Codes, together with standards of “Green Food Project” which was also released by Chinese Ministry of Agriculture, to work out the “Good Dairy Farming Practice” in form of criterion of sanitary management.
