摘要
简要评述了员工培训需求分析的典型模型,结合某国有企业R集团员工培训需求分析案例探讨了如何应用绩效咨询模型确认员工培训需求,提出了适合我国企业具体情况的将任务分析与人员分析细化为操作性更强的分析流程——基于绩效咨询模型的员工培训需求分析模型。
This paper briefly evaluates the typical model for the personnel training demand analysis, connecting with the case of the personnel training demand analysis of a certain state-owned enterprise' s R group, probes into confirm the personnel training demand by using the performance consulting model, and puts forward the personnel training demand analysis based on performance consulting model that refines the task analysis and the personnel analysis into the analysis process with stronger operability and that fits in with the concrete conditions of our country' s enterprises.
