“有限制的后配额时代,面临着比配额时代更大的风险”这是刚刚经历了为时半年的后配额时代的风风雨雨之后,众多纺织服装企业的真实感受。然而,现实告诉我们,这一切是无法回避的。因此如何面对这个机遇和挑战共存的特别时期,就成了需要深思和探讨的话题。
China is the largest exporter of textiles and garment in the world,but about 1/5 of the export was under quota restriction before January 1,2005.By analyzing the major problems and barriers faced by China's textile and garment trade in the current complicated international trade environment,the article discusses how the Chinese textile industry will maintain its competitive advantages in the international market.
