摘要
中国和美国作为对国际贸易有重要影响的两大国家,在后配额时代的双边贸易政策必然会对整个贸易格局产生不小的影响。大多数国家普遍认为,中国将是最大的受益国家,再加上“中国崛起威胁论”,由此引起很多国家尤其是美国的贸易保护以及对华贸易政策的改变。文章提出了这个阶段中国纺织业应对的策略。
China and the United States are two most important players in the international trade. Their bi-lateral trade policies in the post-quota period will inevitably exert great impact on the world trade pattern. It is accepted by many countries that, China will be the biggest beneficiary when the Agreement on Textiles and Clothing (ATC) is terminated and China?s development will threaten other economies. Therefore, many countries, especially the United States, may set more trade barriers and change their policy on the trade with China. The article analyzes these possible changes and the countermeasures that the Chinese textile industry should take in the post-quota period.
