摘要
仙人陂水电站工程监理是赣州地区在中小型水利水电建设中开展工程监理的试点项目、通过二年的工作实践证明：工程监理组开展监理工作的目标是明确的，工程质量监理的方法是可行、有效的。对确深工程质量和加快工程建设起到较好的作用。
The engineering supervision on the Xianrenbei hydropowar station is aengineering supervision trial item which was launched in the miderate & smalltype hydropower project construction in Ganzhou disrrict,The goal of the supervision work which was executed by the supervisizlg engineers is intangible andthe method of tke engineering quality supervision is acceptable, effective,Thesehave been proved by the practice of two passed years,The engineering supervisionhad brought abont better effect in ensuring the engineering quality and accelera-ting the engineering rate of progress.
