摘要
目的:应用ALVIM统计学体模TRM绘制的ROC曲线,评价非乳腺专用设备DR进行数字乳腺摄影可行性,与乳腺专用设备ROC曲线的比较。材料:应用改装后的:①上海电子光学技术研究所生产的DGX-3A型软X线机;②佳能移动DR平板探测器;③柯达感绿片和感绿屏;④柯达160激光相机;⑤柯达X-OMAT2000洗片机;⑥柯达EIR-23激光片;⑦美国ALVIM统计学体模TRM;⑧美国X-RITE331密度计;⑨汕头T&T高亮度观片灯。方法:用国产乳腺钼靶X线机分别对佳能可移动DR探测板、乳腺专用屏-片系统进行ALVIM统计学体模TRM试验拍片,绘制ROC曲线进行对比。结果:移动DR探测板制作出数字乳腺片上显示的最小钙化灶为0.25mm;最小软组织肿块灶为0.60mm。结论:移动DR探测板制作出DR乳腺片的判断概率值Pdet所形成的ROC曲线下的面积大于乳腺专用屏-片系统的乳腺片,信号检出力也大于乳腺专用屏-片系统的乳腺片。
Objective： Study the feasibility of digital photography about the ordinary mammary DR by the means of ALVIM statistic.System investigate the minimal distinguish power about the clacify focus and the tumor, analyses the curve of ROC about the special mammary photograph of green sense.Methods：Tbe adapted scotograph machine of the DGX-3A type which was made by the optical instiution of shanghai,the mobile flat detector of Canon,the green sense photo of Kadar,the laser camera of Kadar, 160,the developing and printing machine of Kadar, X-OMAT2000, the laser photo of Kadar ERI-23, the TRA means of ALVIM statistic system, the densimiter of X -rite 331 made in USA. Analyse the green sense photo which was taken by the homegrown X-ray and the mobile flat detector of Canon by the TRM means of ALVIM statistic system. Results：The high quality mammary photograph can be made by the ordinary DR,the minister diameter of calcify focus which can be found is 0.25mm,the minister diameter of tumor 0.6mm. Conclusion：The high quality mammary photograph can be made by the common DR,the area under the ROC curve about the determinant power is bigger than the area of green sense photo,the power of the detection is also superior to the green sense photo.
