摘要
针对本钢薄板坯连铸连轧机组生产的集装箱钢SPA-H的机械性能、金相组织、尺寸、表面质量进行了研究,探讨了其金相组织和机械性能的特点,与传统热轧机组产品进行对比,提出了最优生产方案,其产品质量能够满足用户需要。
Mechanical properties, metallographic structure, size and surface quality of container SPA-H steel for container produced by thin slab continuous casting and continuous rolling mills in Benxi Iron and Steel Co. are studied, the characteristics of the metallographic structure and the mechanical properties are discussed, an optimum production program is advanced through comparing with the products produced by traditional hot rolling mills. The products quality can meet the requirement of users.
