摘要
在铝线杆连铸连轧机组安装过程中 ,通过对铸机张紧轮与结晶轮高精度的安装、铸机排水系统设计、轧机短路环的安装及粘辊问题的解决以及引线管与甩线管部分的改造 。
During the installation of this mill,high precisely assembling the tension gear and the crystal wheel and having the drainage system of the casting mill,assembling the short circuit ring and solving the problem of roller sticking of the rolling mill,as well as partly changing the coil leading and winding pipe,which guarantied its installation quantity and product quantity.
