摘要
机械加工过程的模型不确定性和非线性造成加工过程控制困难,成为自动控制在加工过程中应用的瓶颈。文章分析了加工过程切削力模型的不确定性原因,深入分析了变结构控制滑模运动所特有的不变性。基于此,提出了一种基于变结构控制的处理实际加工过程中不确定性的方法。研究表明,用变结构控制来处理加工过程不确定性是可行和有效的。
The difficuities in control of machining processes come form the uncertainty and nonlinearity in cutting processes, and which result in becoming the bottleneck for applying automatic control to machining. In this paper, Uncertainty in cutting force models is analyzed.And performance of machining process control systems is analyzed by proposing an approach based on variable structure control (VSC). The research results show that VSC is a reasonable and effective way to deal with the uncertainty in milling process.
