摘要
通过对金属材料在腐蚀测试池和实际电池中电化学性能和接触电阻性能的对比研究,优选出一种表面无须处理、耐腐蚀性能与石墨相当的镍-铁-铬合金双极板材料。该合金材料加工的双极板装配成质子交换膜燃料电池后,在电流密度600A·cm-2放电时,额定工作电压达到0.72V,经过累积近300h的测试,性能没有出现明显衰减,表明其可直接在质子交换膜燃料电池环境下稳定工作。
By comparing the corrosive behaviors of several metal materials in a corrosion cell and actual proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFC),an alloy whose electrochemical behaviors and contact resistance are comparable with those of graphite and other metals had been optimized. The PEMFC assembled with this metal bipolar plates can operate at 0.72 V with discharge current density 600 mA. cm 2.After nearly accumulative 300h operation, the PEMFC' s performance didn' t show any decline which indicated this alloy could be directly used as the bipolar plate material in PEMFC without any additional treatment.
