摘要
阐述我国600MW机组采用超超临界参数的必要性及意义;根据对国内主机设备制造厂的技术水平及制造能力、主要辅机设备配套能力、设计单位的设计能力等方面分析,对国内发展超超临界机组的基础条件进行了客观的分析;从技术、经济2个方面对600MW超超临界与超临界机组进行了全面比较;从设备国产化程度及可靠性、厂址及运输条件、电网运行要求等方面,对600MW超超临界机组与1000MW机组相比所具有的优势进行了论述;对在我国如何推广应用600MW超超临界机组提出了具体建议。
The necessity and significance to introduce Ultra-supercritical (USC) parameters on 600MW unit in China was discussed in this paper. Based on the analysis of state-of-the-art,manufacturing capacity, design capacity and ability to provide main auxiliary machines, the fundamental conditions for development of USC and supercritical units in China was diseussed ojectively. In addition, the extensive technical and economic comparison was taken between the 600MW USC and supercritical units. From the aspects of the localization degree and reliability of the equipment, the site and transportation conditions, and the power grid operation requirement, the advantages of 600MW USC unit over 1000MW units was presented. Lastly, some suggestions were proposed on how to promote 600MW USC unit in China.
