摘要
针对崇明电力公司16号机组锅炉过热汽温被控对象滞后大的特点,采用基于自适应Smith预估补偿技术,重新设计了锅炉的过热汽温控制系统。实际运行表明,该汽温控制系统在锅炉升、降负荷的过程中,锅炉过热汽温可严格控制在允许的范围内。
To deal with the excessive time lagging characteristic of the superheated steam controlling of the No. 16 boiler of Chongming Electric Power Company, the self - adaptive Smith predictor compensation technology was adopted to redesign the superheated steam temperature control system of the boiler. Actual operation shows that during the load increasing and decreasing process of the boiler, the superheated steam temperature can be kept within the allowable range strictly by the steam temperature control system.
