摘要
针对江苏南热发电有限责任公司5号机组再热汽温被控对象滞后大的特点,综合采用状态变量控制技术、相位补偿技术及自适应Smith预估补偿等多种大滞后控制技术,设计了新型的再热汽温控制系统。实际运行表明,采用先进控制技术的再热汽温控制系统,在机组升、降负荷及启、停制粉系统的过程中,均使锅炉再热汽温严格控制在允许的范围内,是一种对锅炉汽温比较有效的控制方法。
For the large-lag features of reheat steam temperature controlled object on 5 unit of Jiangsu Nanjing Thermal Electrical Power Plant,this paper redesigns the original reheat steam temperature control system by integrating several large-lag compensated control techniques such as the state-variable control,the phase compensated and adaptive smith compensated techniques synthetically. The practical running results show that this new temperature control system can austerely ensure the reheat steam temperature of boiler within a permitted range during the normally change of the load of unit and startup or shutdown the pulverized coal preparation system. Hence,the method proposed in this paper is rather effective.
