摘要
目的探讨GC-MS建立中药特征指纹图谱色谱条件的参数设置。方法在石菖蒲、广藿香等实例研究的基础上,对溶剂的种类和数量,以及升温程序、电离电压、柱前压与流速、离子源温度、进样口温度等仪器参数进行比较。结果升温程序、电离电压、柱前压与流速等对特征指纹图谱的影响较大,而离子源温度、进样口温度的影响较小。结论GCMS建立中药特征指纹图谱方法先进、可靠。建议采用特征指标成分群开展方法学(精密度、稳定性、重现性)的考察,且将相对含量的RSD值定为不得大于5%比较符合实际情况。
Objective:To discuss the Chromatographic conditions of GC-MS fingerprint of TCM. Methods:Base of the GCMS analysis of Acorus tatarinowii and Herba pogostemonis, to compare the kinds of the main chromatographic conditions. Results=The main influence factors include the temperature raising process, the detector volts, the column pressure and the column flow. The influence of the injector temperature and the interface temperature are unconspicuous. Conclusion:GC-MS fingerprint is a feasible method of TCM. A group of characteristic components should use for estimate the analysis method, and the RSD of precision and reproducibility and stability should be in the range of 5%.
