为适应社会和时代发展需要,满足社区人民日益增长的精神文化生活需要,本文论述了建立社区图书馆的必要性和重要性,探讨社区图书馆发展的基本思路,使社区图书馆成为社区每个成员终身学习的场所。
For adapting to the development of society and time and filling the increasing culture needs of community residents, this article discusses the necessity and importance of building community library, argues the basic train of thoughts of community library development, eventually, makes the community library becoming the lifetime ground of study for every resident.
