摘要
社区图书馆对于提高市民的综合素质,推动地方经济、科技、文化发展,促进地方物质文明、精神文明和政治文明建设都起着重要作用。调查发现,目前舟山市社区图书馆(室)的建设存在诸多问题。对此,只有转变观念,提高认识,加快建立完善的社区图书馆体系,才能使图书馆(室)从目前的困境中走出来,从而满足人们日益增长的精神文化需要。
The community library plays an important role in improving citizens' comprehensive quality, pushing forward the development of local economy, science and technology and culture, and promoting the local material civilization and spiritual civilization aa well as political civilization. Our investigation has witnessed many problems in the construction of the community libraries in Zhoushan City at present. Therefore, only by changing our old ideas, raising our cognition and speeding up the establishment of a better community library system, can we help the community library out of the difficulty so as to meet the increasing spiritual and cultural needs of the people.
