摘要
我国传统农业研究与推广中存在的成果转化率低的问题,从根本上说就是“从上到下”的机制问题。应用参与式方法建立农业科研人员、推广人员和农户协作参与的农业研发新机制,就是解决这一问题的有益尝试。本文在参与培训贵州农业项目人员运用参与式方法的基础上,分析了参与式方法运用中的具体障碍。由此建议,实践者应对参与式方法的运用进行监测评估和定期反思,以此来推动参与式技术发展。
The low application rate of agricultural technologies in the field comes from the government mechanism of “top-down”. Hence, we introduce the participatory approach, which involve agricultural stakeholders, such as researchers, technicians,and farmers, together to do Participatory Technology Development （PTD） by this training workshop. We find thiat there are 6 weaknesses existed in our PTD application. So we can go further by self monitoring and evaluation, and sharing our experience together on PTD application.
