摘要
2003-2006年，云南省生物多样性和传统知识研究会在云南滇西北贡山县执行的“滇西北农牧区生计改良项目”，探讨如何将参与式方法在县、乡两级畜牧部门的工作中进行机制化。该文描述了对参与式技术发展以及参与式方法的机制化的认识；项目实施3年内，研究会与当地畜牧部门合作以及工作模式开发方面所经历的过程；分析了参与式方法的机制化初期和中期两个阶段中必须考虑的主要因素。
The project of ＂the livelihood improvement in Dianxibei agriculture and pasture areas＂ was carried out to build the institutionlization of participatory livestock technological development in the county and township during 2003-2006. The paper describes the recognization about PTD and its institutionlization and working process, analyzes the main factors in implementing the participatory institutionlization at its early and middle stages.
