摘要
本文提出了一种新型的电镀装饰铬的添加剂。在CrO_3浓度为190g/L;CrO_3/SO_4^(2-)=200~300:1的电解液中,加入3~5g/L该添加剂后,可以大幅度地降低操作温度,显著地提高阴极电流效率,同时还改善了电解液的分散能力及复盖能力。极化曲线的测量表明,该添加剂对六价铬还原为金属铬有明显的催化作用。
A new type of additive for decorative chromium plating was presented fo-llowing a series of experimental testing. The additive present in a concentration of 3-5g/L in a chromium plating bath containing CrO_3 190g/L with CrO_3/ SO_4^(2-)=200-300:1 functions fairly well.It can considerably lower the operation temperature of the bath and increase the cathodic current efficiency remarka-bly.It can improve the throwing and covering powers of the bath as well. The results of the polarization curve measurement show that the additive has obv-ious catalysis for the reduction of Cr (Ⅵ) to Cr (0).
