摘要
新研制的GY-1聚合物封窜剂能满足聚合物防窜的需要.讨论了GY-1封窜剂的封堵机理,并对其封堵效果及封堵规律进行了室内研究.现场实施3口井,实施封窜后油井出聚浓度降低80%以上,含水下降5%~25%,堵聚效果明显,为今后防止注聚过程中聚合物窜流提供了宝贵的成功经验.
The newly developed GY-1 polymer channeling blocking agent can meet the requirements of polymer channeling control. The blocking mechanism of GY-1 is discussed and its blocking effects and blocking rules are experimentally studied. Field tests are conducted on 3 wells, after the polymer blocking is used 80% of polymer concentration is reduced, 5% to 25% of water cut is reduced with evident polymer blocking effect, by which successful experiences are provided for preventing polymer channeling in polymer flooding.
