摘要
目的测定0.5%丙烯氯菊酯水基喷射剂对淡色库蚊、家蝇、德国小蠊的杀灭效果。方法以淡色库蚊、家蝇、德国小蠊为试验对象,对丙烯氯菊酯水剂进行室内药效和模拟现场药效测试。结果该杀虫剂对淡色库蚊的KT50为6.65min,24h死亡率为100%;对家蝇的KT50为4.82min,24h死亡率为100%;对德国小蠊的KT50为9.26min,48h死亡率为100%。模拟现场对淡色库蚊1h击倒率为87.2%,24h死亡率为100%;对家蝇1h击倒率为91.8%,24h死亡率为100%;对德国小蠊1h击倒率为95.0%,48h死亡率为100%。结论丙烯氯菊酯水基喷射剂对淡色库蚊、家蝇和德国小蠊均有较好的击倒和杀灭效果。
Objective To test the efficacy of Allepermethrin water-based spray fluid against Culex pipiens pallens,Musca domestica vicina, Blattella germanica. Methods Laboratory efficacy test and analogous site efficacy test of Allepermethrin water-based spray fluid had been done against Culex pipiens paUens, Musca domestica vicina and Blattella germanica. Results Laboratory efficacy test showed that KT50 of the insecticide was 6. 65 mins and 24 h mortal-ity was 100% against Culex pipiens pallens ; KT50 of the insecticide was 4.82 mins and 24 h mortality was 100% a-gainst Musca domestica vicina ; KT50 of the insecticide was 9.26 mins and 48 h mortality was 100% against Blattella germanica. Mimic field efficacy test showed that 1 h knock down rate was 87.2% and 24 h mortality was 100% against Culex pipiens paUens; 1 h knock down rate was 91.8% and 24 h mortality was 100% against Musca domestica vicina ; 1 h knock down rate was 95.0% and 48 h mortality was 100% against Blattella germanica. Conclusion Allepermethrin water-based spray fluid had good efficacy against Culex pipiens pallens, Musca domestica vicina and Blattella germanica.
