摘要 从硬件和软件两方面定量PCR反应温度控制系统的设计。从系统实际特点出发,通过优化软、硬件设计改善系统的主要性能指标,如重复性、可靠性和温控精度。 A temperature control system for quantitive polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is presented in the paper with both software and hardware configuration. The performance of the control system has been improved by optimizing the software and hardware design according to the system's properties. The control system has been proven to have a good repeatability and reliability as well as high control precision.
