摘要
第三方物流企业的运输成本一般在企业总成本中占主要地位,且往往因调度不善而居高不下。在有多个弹性任务的情况下,利用逐步调优法可使运输任务在时间上所需的车辆数尽量保持均衡,并尽量消除车辆的空驶现象,提高车辆的使用率,从而在不影响客户满意度的情况下降低物流企业的总成本。
The transportation cost amounts the majority in the total cost of third-party logistics enterprises. It always remains in a high level due to improper traffic arrangement. Under the condition of multi flexible tasks, step-by-step optimization method can be employed to balance the quantity of required vehicles within the task and the time and to avoid idle traffic and to improve the utilization rate of vehicle. By this way, the total cost of logistics enterprise can be reduced without any impact to client＇s satisfaction.
