摘要
以0.1mol/L盐酸为溶剂,299nm为测定波长,用紫外分光光度法直接测定了盐酸异丙嗪糖浆中异丙嗪的含量。盐酸异丙嗪在10～80μg/ml浓度范围呈良好线性,回收率为99.5%,相对标准差为0.6%,共存的物质无干扰。
Promethazine hydrochloride in the syrup of promethazine hydrochloride was determined di- rectly by ultraviolet spectrophotometry,with 200 nm as wavelength and hydrochloride acid(0. 1mol/L)as solvent.The result showed a better linear over its concentration range of 10 to 80μg/ ml,with the recovery of 99.5% and the relative deviation(n=8)of 0.6%.There were no inter- ference form the coexistence substances.
