摘要
基于对谐振腔热稳定性的详细研究,本文指出以往文献的结论只适于简单驻波腔,给出了基模热稳腔的新定义:高斯光束复参量q不随热焦距f变化。根据这一定义,我们对高斯反射率镜谐振腔的热稳定性进行了讨论,并指出此时谐振腔的Fresnel数亦是热稳的。
Based on detailed consideration of thermal stability of resonators,the present paper points out that conclusions from the previous literature are only suited to simple stationary wave resonators,and gives a new definition of fundamental mode ther- mostable resonators:the complex parameter q of Gaussian beams does not vary with the thermal focal length f.In accordance with the definition,thermal stability of resonators with Gaussian reflectivity mirrors is discussed and analytical results on thermal stability have been obtained.And Fresnel number of resonators are proved to be thermostable.
