摘要
本文以茶多酚氧化酶与氧电极偶合研制成茶多酚氧化酶电极,研究了激活剂含量、测试介质、pH、温度等实验参量与条件的影响。测得电极对茶多酚响应的线性范围为1.5~9.4mg/ml,测得茶多酚氧化酶在该实验条件下对所用茶多酚标准的米氏常数为3.058mg/ml。将电极用于植物多酚混和体系——茶多酚的测定,获得了满意的结果。从而为植物多酚含量的测定建立了一种便捷的新方法。
The reported tea polyhydric phenol oxidase electrode is based on the coupling of the mentioned oxidase and disolved oxygen electrode. The effects of the activation reagent, test medium, pH and temperature are studied.The linear range of response is 1.5 to 9.4 mg/ml. The Mich-aelis constant of tea polyhydric phenol oxidase under testing condition is 3.058mg/ml. Satisfactory results are obtained in sample detection.
