摘要
经电镜观察表明:400ppm水胺硫磷药剂处理草地贪夜蛾细胞30min时,线体内膜上的嵴开始部分离解,细胞内空泡、囊泡明显增多,该药剂处理1h后,细胞核周腔开始部分膨大,核膜部分离解;随着药剂处理时间的延长,线粒体内膜上的嵴渐渐消失,整个线粒体形成双囊体状结构,最后,有的线粒体解体.该药剂处理9h后,部分细胞的核膜完全溶解,核质散追到细胞质中,上述结果表明,水胺硫磷不仅具有抑制昆虫体内乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)的作用,而且还具有破坏昆虫细胞线粒体和核膜的作用.
in this paper the effects of optunal on ultramicrostructure of Spodopterafrngiperda (sf) cells were studied by electron microscope. The results reveraled thatpartial cristae of their micothondria became decomposed and the amounts of vacuoles and sacs in the cells increased obviously,when Sf cells were exposed to 400ppm test solution for half an hour. When the exposure lasted one hour,the perinuclear spaces(PnS) of Sf cells became expanded and parts of the nuclear membranesbegan to get disintegrated. With the time of treatment increased,the cristae of mitochondria came to disappeared and the whole mitochondria even became a sac of twolayers of membranes. some mitochondra decomposed. After nine hour-exposure tothe optunal solution,nuclear membranes of some cells disappeared completely andthe nucleoplasm (NP) scattered in the cytoplasm. Obviously, optunl not only inhibits acetycholinesterase (AchE)activity,but also has effects on the mitochondriaand nuclear membrane of insect cells. However,further studies are needed to elucidate the mechanism of the effects.
