摘要
讨论了Al基合金在高温相变储能过程中Fe的扩散及其控制。所用的储能元件是由耐热的Fe-C合金作外壳和Al基合金作内核所组成的,在800℃高温服役时,Fe将在Al液中进行扩散,导致储能材料热物理性能下降,使用寿命缩短。采用化学分析、金相检验、能谱分析和x射线衍射等手段,研究Fe在Al基合金中的扩散;观察到一系列的Fe-Si-Al金属化合物,探讨了储能元件的分层问题和Si含量对非沉淀层Fe含量的影响.采用表面处理技术能有效地抑制Fe在Al基合金中的扩散,从而大大提高储能元件的使用寿命。
The diffusion and control of ferrite in the phase change of Al-based alloys during energystorage at high temperatures have been investigated.The outermost shell of the thermalstorage component(TSC)is made of Fe-C,a heat-resistant alloy,and the core is made ofAl-based alloys.The diffusion of ferrite will occur in the moiten Al-based alloys at an elevat-ed temperature of 800 ℃. In this case,the thermo-physical property of the energy-storingmaterial will be deteriorated and its lifetime will be shortened.A family of Fe-Si-Al inter-metallic compounds has been found when the diffusion is studied by metallographical exami-nation,chemical analysis,energy spectrum analysis and X-ray diffraction. Both the layeringof TSC and the influence of the Si content on the Fe content in the unprecipitated layer arediscussed.Surface treatment can effectively restrain the diffusion of Fe in Al-based alloysand improve the service lifetime of the TSC.
