摘要
１９８８年以来，经治院内、外由外伤引起之喉及气管狭窄７例，采用喉及气管内安置硅橡胶管，选用各种修复材料重建喉及气管壁，取得满意疗效。术后５例恢复呼吸功能，１例缓解，另一例正在观察中。
Largugotracheal reconstruction for laryngotracheal stenosis resulted from injury was performed in 7 cases from 1988.The silicon rubber tube was implanted in the cavity of larynx or trachea or both in each case Hyoid bone,scar tissue and hydroxylapatite ticle weve used for the reconstruction according to the extent of the defected area.The respiratory tract was completely restored in 5 cases and improved in one case,the other one has been still under follow up.
