青石棉,苯并(a)芘联合诱发大鼠肺癌的研究 被引量:4

摘要 用青石棉加苯并(a)芘联合诱发大鼠肺癌显示出诱发率高(46.3%),第一例肺癌死亡时间早(215天),生存曲线低,病死比大(2.9662),患瘤鼠的平均生存时间短(624.85天),与单独注入青石棉或苯并(a)芘相比各项指标的差异均有显著性。结果提示大鼠肺癌模型的建立是成功的。 Epidemiological reports have indicatedthat occupational exposure to asbestos and smokingmay grea tly increase the incidence of lung carcinoma. In this study rats were injected intratracheally withcrocidolite or benzo(a)pyrene B(a)P only, and cro-cidolite plus B(a)P in combination, The incidence oflung carcinomas in crocidolite group was 6.4%(3/47),in B(a)P group 10.4%(5/48) and crocidoliteplus B(a)P group 46.3%(25/54).Besides, the sur-vival curve and the mean survival time of rats with car-cinoma dropped disthctly. Significant difference wasshown among the crocidolite plus B(a)P group, croci-dolite and B(a)P groups (P<0.005).The result indi-cated the synergetic effect of crocidolite and B(a )P onthe development of lung carcinoma in rats and the im-portance of giving up smoking in the people exposed toasbestos. A model of lung carcinoma in rat was suc-cessfully prepared for further study in experiment ontreatment , prevention and mechanism.
