摘要
本实验应用金黄地鼠胚胎(SHE)细胞,研究了低剂量^(60)Coγ线与雌性激素(EP)联合诱发细胞恶性转化的作用。实验结果表明两种因素联合应用,致癌作用加强。同时也证明,哺乳动物细胞的恶性转化是一个多阶段的生物学过程。
Malignant transformation of syrian hamster embryo(SHE) cells invitro was induced by low-dose of ^(60)Co γ-ray combined with EP. The transformationwas not observed in the groups that the γ-rays or EP was given alone. The results snggested that the combination of low-dose of γ-ray and EP mayhave the synergetic effect of carcinogenesis on cells in vitro. The results also showedthat transformation of cells in vitro is a multistage processes.
