摘要
针对微动开关式弧焊跟踪传感器应用上存在的不足.本文提出了一种新颖的焊缝偏差延时记忆控制方法.文中介绍了弧焊跟踪主/从单片机控制系统的硬件及软件设计.并对系统的跟踪调节作用过程进行了理论分析。初步试验研究表明:该系统工作可靠.控制方案正确.适用较大曲率焊缝的跟踪。
ntroduces a real time (on-time)teaching/playbeck type seam tracking system for arc welding, which can overcome the disadvantage occurred in the application of the mini-switch type sensor. A new real time teaching seam tracking control method for the mini-switch type sensor is presented. The hardware and software of the system controlled by single-chip computers are delailed in this paper. The study shows that the control method is right and the system is suitable for tracking curved seam.
