摘要
本文介绍了一种采用ＭＣＳ—５１单片机控制的接触式弧焊跟踪系统，该系统具有焊缝双向自动跟踪和自寻起焊点的双重触觉功能。文中详述了传感器结构、系统构成及控制软件设计，并就保护弹簧对传感器精度的影响进行了分析。
Introduces a tactile seam-tracking system for arc welding controlled by single-chip processor,which has dual function of seam di-directional tracking and automatic search for the point of starting welding. The sensor structure, hardware and software are detailed. The influence of the preservation spring on the sensing accuracy is also analyzed.
